Last Thursday we had mini-Olympics at the school. Each student from pre-school to seventh grade was put on different teams that represented 10 different countries. The high school students were in charge of running all of the events and making sure that everyone knew what was going on. I was the teacher in charge of helping the United States team. All of the teams competed in different events ranging from jumping rope and sack races to answering geography questions about their country. In the end, France ended up winning, and earned a pizza party for the whole team.
