Costa Rica vs. Trinidad and Tobago
Theresa, Nick, and I, along with some friends from the Latin American Studies Program, went to see the World Cup qualifying game between Costa Rica and Trinidad and Tobago. It rained the whole night, but fortunately our seats had a roof over them. Costa Rica ended up winning 4-0, but after the tie with the USA last Wednesday, it looks like they probably won't be going to the World Cup. In November they will be playing Uruguay twice, but Uruguay looks like a lot stronger team. The team with the better record after the two games will get to go to the World Cup in South Africa.
